Joined the law firm of Sipple Hansen Emerson Schumacher Klutman & Valorz LLC as an Associate in the Summer of 2008 and became a partner in the firm in June, 2012. Mr. Klutman is a lifetime resident of Columbus, NE. He attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 1999. Mr. Klutman received his legal training at Washburn University - Topeka receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2002 with a Certificate in tax law. Mr. Klutman continued his legal training at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law where he received his LLM in tax law in 2003. Mr. Klutman was admitted to the Kansas State Bar in 2003, Nebraska State Bar in 2008 and the U S Tax Court in 2006. Mr. Klutman is currently admitted in the States of Kansas and Nebraska and the Federal Court system. Mr. Klutman’s areas of practice include criminal defense with experience in jury and bench trials; domestic and family law; corporate and business formation; tax and tax controversy; business law; civil litigation; personal injury; wrongful death and municipal law.  
 Mr. Klutman is a member of the Platte County Merit Commission and Rotary International.
