MARK M. SIPPLE
 born May 13, 1941 in Grand Island, NE. Mr. Sipple attended the University of NE in which he received is Bachelor of Arts in 1965 and his Juris Doctorate in 1970). Mr. Sipple was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in June 1970.
 Member: Platte County and Nebraska State Bar Associations; Nebraska Trial Lawyers Assn.; and the Nebraska Criminal Defense Lawyers Assn.
 Mr. Sipple was appointed to and is Vice Chairman, Nebraska Judicial Resources Commission; past member and Chairman of the Nebraska Bar Association Disciplinary Review Board.
 Mr. Sipple concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense in which Mr. Sipple has been in over 50 jury trials and hundreds of other criminal trials; domestic law; civil litigation; personal injury and wrongful death.
